Over 500 people all across the globe participated in the biggest LomoCaterpillar in history - Check out a couple of amazing galleries and see how much fun everyone had while doing the crazy caterpillar walk!
Lomographers from all parts of the globe – from London to Bangkok joined this crazy event to kick off our Analogue Day Celebrations. For those uninitiated with the concept, the LomoCaterpillar is a photo chain consisting of an ultra-long line of people. Every person on the ‘Caterpillar’ takes a photograph of the person standing behind them, and they pass on the camera to the next – think of it as Camera-ception!
Thanks the hundreds of participants in this event worldwide, we’re proud to say that this event was a success! We are now in the final stages of the video (as promised) where we stitch all of the participant’s photos to form one giant Caterpillar chain. Take a look at these galleries and see how these Lomographers had fun doin’ the groovy cater-crawl – and a preview of what’s to come!
Our first gallery is a compilation of group photos from our lovely friends in Antwerp, Bangkok, Barcelona, Chicago, Hong Kong, London, Madrid, NYC, Paris, Rio, San Francisco, Santiago, Shanghai, Taichung and Tokyo!
And our next gallery are some crazy, funny snapshots and outtakes from the actual LomoCaterpillar shoot taken by the global participants:
