If you haven't yet watched Rob Whitworth's Time Lapse video of Kuala Lumpur then dive on over the edge of the Petronas Twin Towers and immerse yourself in Malaysia's capital as it rapidly shifts from day to night in the following homage to the Garden City of Lights.

Whitworth divulges his inspiration to be the Petronas Twin Towers, in an interview with Yahoo! Malaysia. “At night they are just beautiful. The towers, together with the monorail, give the city an almost science fiction feel.” The above spectacle took 5 months to complete. And believe it or not, comprises approximately 20,000 photographs!

Whitworth gained international recognition with his Time Lapse of Ho Chi Minh City. You may view it in our article Traffic in Frenetic HCMC, Vietnam: A Time-Lapse Video and let us know your impressions of the two Asian metropolises!
