Our online team is looking for a committed, punctual and organized person tasked in helping them bridge the language gap by providing translations for the magazine. If you think you have what it takes to be a part of a dynamic group of creative people, then read more about this job offering after the jump!
You will be responsible for the translation of web contents from English to Korean or vice versa. This will include promotional materials such as our microsites, newsletters and user manuals. The exciting part? You get to learn first hand about new cameras and films before the rest of the community learns about it! So if you’re a true analogue lover at heart, then this is the perfect job for you.
You must be fluent in both written-spoken Korean and English with a good skill of translating documents without the use of translation applications. Of course, you’ll need to have some basic photography knowledge to help you understand what you’re translating. An experience in blogging systems such as Wordpress and the awareness of keyword/narrative emphasis and hotlinking will let you breeze through the whole translation process. And it would be a great add on if you have experience in customer service, a love for social media and a knack for online marketing.
If you’ve been nodding all through out this article, then we’re excited to meet you! So ready those resumes and send it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
