The Moon Lives on Earth We're often in search of sources of illumination. Either, literally, pure light, or works, people, and places that serve to illuminate us. Two artists have been traveling the globe for a decade with a crescent moon and have ingeniously created a photo series that tells the age old love story between man and moon.
Jakob Wagner: A View from Above When taking about "unique perspectives" in Art it might be hard to pinpoint a contemporary example that is truly the first of its kind. Photographers who've been in the field for a longtime often cite that budding photographers follow the pack, though this is also not a truism as we aren't the ones to determine the underlying message and inspiration behind another person's creation. After the jump, let Jakob Wagner show you his angle on famous locations through his photographs.

How to Make a Fully Functional 110 Film Developing Reel Just last week I placed a bid on a lovely camera: a Pentax Auto 110. This small but very well built camera is the cutest and tiniest SLR I have ever seen. When I won the auction I started preparing for its arrival: buy some batteries, order some film, find a developing reel... And that's where I ran into trouble! As hard as I tried, I couldn't find a reel to develop 110 film, anywhere! So I had to pull up my sleeves and get dirty.
Redscale your Instax Pictures! No matter what camera, subject, or weather conditions, redscale film has never let me down. And because I was looking for something special to do with my very first pack of instax, I decided I would try to get that redscale atmosphere I love so much. Turns out it's very easy and works rather well!
