OK I’m intrigued…but what’s so good about the Film Subscription Service? Why shouldn’t I just place a standard film order in the shop?
Ordering your films separately when you run low is great but there are various reasons why subscribing to the Film Subscription Service is a good move:

- The Film Subscription Packages feature exclusive films which aren’t even available for sale in the shop!
- There are no sign-up fees for the service and no tie-in
- If you’re a forgetful soul, the Film Subscription Service helps – We’ll send you a monthly reminder when it’s time to order your package for the next month
I’m looking on the Film Subscription Service shop page and can’t see how many or what films I get with each package – HELP!
True, we don’t tell you which films are included in each package on the shop detail page. But there is a nifty trick to see what you’ll be getting. Just add the Film package you’re interested in to your cart and then head to the Shopping Cart page; on this page, we’ll show you the films you’ll be receiving and the big discounts you’ll be making. But we like to keep one little surprise back, so each package also includes a special mystery film (the mystery film may vary between each package and order); you’ll be able to see the film format (35mm/120) and whether it’s color or black & white – But this little extra will only truly reveal itself when it lands on your doorstep!
Is there a sign-up fee for the Film Subscription package?
There are no sign-up fees for the service, it’s just like buying anything else from the shop (just with cool extra discounts and free shipping!)
Once subscribed, how long am I tied-in for?
You aren’t tied-in at all! The Lomography Film Subscription Service is a subscription service like no other – You can test it for a month and then stop. But we’re pretty confident you’ll like it!
So am I automatically charged each month for the service? What do I do if I decide to opt-out?
Nope, we won’t charge you automatically. Instead, we’ll send you an email reminder when it’s time to place your next order. If you’d like to do the service again, just pick a new Film Subscription Package and place a new order in the shop. If you don’t want to use the service again, you are free to opt-out of the email reminder mails.
If I place an order, when will my films be sent?
Placing a Film Subscription order is just like placing any other in the shop. Usually after 1-2 days, they’ll be on their way to you!
How can I pay for my Film Subscription Order?
You can pay for the subscription service using American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Diners Club Card, ClickandBuy or Skrill (Moneybookers). Of course, you can also use PayPal to purchase your film subscription!
