On a hot and steamy day in July we ventured in the neighborhood of Pilsen of Chicago. With cameras in hand, we discovered there were many other exciting neighborhoods close by as well!
We started our day with a trip to Gallery 27. A great gallery in Pilsen featuring really cool unique art.
We ventured on through Pilsen on our way to Chinatown. We crossed over the metra tracks and were able to get some nice shots of the epic skyline.
As we moved along we entered into Chicago’s famous Chinatown. Chicago is the second oldest settlement of Chinese in America after the Chinese fled persecution in California. Chinatown has great restaurants, and unique stores with all sorts of stores.
