You will support Lomography Canada in finance and administration and with general bookkeeping and accounting matters and be a part of the dynamic team here in Toronto!
Location: Toronto, Canada
- General bookkeeping and handling full set of accounts (GL/AR/AP)
- Monitor vendor and customer accounts.
- Apply Accounts Receivable payments received, investigate and follow up on past due accounts, assist in collecting debts, handling payment and receipt
- Account reconciliations & statements
- Prepare monthly closing (P&L report and cost analysis)
- Preparing weekly cash flow reports for International Headquarters on time
- Preparation of tax filings and payments
- Assist the preparation of Financial Statements in collaboration with our CPA
- Handling store cash administration and deposits
- Stock controlling in the ERP System
- Supervising and executing inventory count
- Organizing warehousing & logistics and arranging shipments
