A Look Back at the Pinholes on the Pier Bus Trip

What better way to celebrate World Wide Pinhole Day than with two buses filled with Lomographers and a whole lot of Diana F+ cameras on the "P" setting? We certainly could not have imagined a more perfect scenario. Take a look at the amazing time everyone had!

As 1 p.m. approached, the store began to fill with eager Lomographers. We were soon boarding not one, but two school buses and heading to Coney Island. As we left Manhattan and journeyed toward Brooklyn each bus was given a tutorial on all things pinhole.

By the time we reached Coney Island, everyone was well educated on how to take the lovely Diana F+ and make it into a pinhole shooting machine. Soon we were soaking up the sunshine and ocean air on the boardwalk.

Everyone set off to take pinhole shots in honor of World Wide Pinhole Day. Along the way we rode a few rides, ate some ice cream, enjoyed a few hot dogs, and definitely got to do some good old fashioned people watching.

Thanks to everyone who joined us for this amazing adventure! We hope to see you all at our next workshop!

It was SO much fun! Thank you for letting team Lomo Germany join you :-)
And the pinholes from that day were the FIRST ones that turned out perfectly! (So I am more confident now that I CAN actually DO pinholes with my Diana ;))
