Traveling with Fuji Wide: New Vans Advertising Campaign

Vans opens Spring/Summer 2012 with an original and beautiful work that is 100% analogue. Story is easy: Three friends travel by car in the United States to celebrate the new year.

During that trip, they took instant photos, mainly with an Fuji Instax Wide.

They also use other film cameras that I can’t decode, and combined photos with light leaks and double expositions, but I could not tell exactly what type of camera it is.

The video is also part of the whole roadtrip, so what better thing than a Super 8 camera in hand!

I love the final tribute to Polaroid.

What I like about the whole campaign is the final composition of the photo album, “Vans style”?, Very manual, fresh, and young, something that is young even not so young as I, who can still strongly identify with it . What more could you ask for? Your photographic passion and your favorite shoes together, right?

Check out the campaign here

Are you already getting jealous about the album? Equip yourself with your own analogue photography tools to make your own.

Fuji Instax 210 Wide your partner when you want to make super panoramic snapshots. Give your photos a touch of retro colors, and its built-in flash makes it ideal for parties, night photography and interiors.Do not miss the rest of our instant cameras here!
