UK-based photo essayist and photographer Kai Murphy shot a photo with film found on a sunken boat. Learn more after the break.
Kai Murphy is a fine art photographer from the UK. He studied Film Production and worked as an editor and cinematographer. When it comes to photography, his techniques show a sense of style that can be described as calm and dreamy. He usually takes his photos with cameras that finds in junkshops and with film that has deteriorated. For the photo above entitled The Bison, he used an Adox Sport 6×9 camera. The film, which went out of date in 1983, was recovered from a boat that sank in the Thames River in the 1980’s.
