On a chilly Saturday in February, there were wild things prowling the streets of London, accompanied by their trusty Diana F+ cameras and some warm thermals they crawled around aiming to take some super shots of the big freeze. Find out how our pack of workshop wolves got on and whether they survived it out in the jungle city.
Our Where the Wild Things Are walk started out in the cozy lomohub where everyone picked which of the gorgeous Merrimaking animal hoods they wanted to wear for our urban adventure. We learned all about all the quirky features and interesting effects of the lovely medium format lady, the Diana F+.
Once we were all loaded up and we knew the difference between ‘N’ and ‘B’, we were ready to roam! We wandered the streets in a pack, attracting glances and stares, while we searched for urban creatures to snap.
After prowling down Regent Street, pouncing on every animal we saw, we headed past our natural home with the wild things of the Rainforest café, before harassing pigeons and riding lions in a FREEZING Trafalgar square.
Although it was such a cold day that all the fountains in Trafalgar square had icicles, we all had a roaring good time! RARRR!
