Double exposures has always been one of Lomographers’ favourite tricks. Cross-processed slide films become more vivid when multiple-exposed and the outcomes become more surreal. Here on Lomography’s Magazine, we have featured a lot of film swaps in the Doubles With You series.
Lomographers across the globe are fond of swapping films which visually showcases film photographs with dual, more interesting stories. We want to encourage YOU to experiment more! So for a fresh start this year, Lomography Singapore and Lomography Philippines will collaborate on a film swap! Read on for the details.
Details:
- We need 20 – 30 rolls from each country (only 1 roll per Lomographer).
- There’s no specific theme for shooting: the more random, the more surprising the results would be.
- Here are some Tipsters: Get the Film Out the Canister Without a Film Puller, Multiple Exposures for Beginners, Number Your Frames with a Double!, and Secrets to a Great Multiple Exposure Revealed!.
- 35mm only. Color slides are preferred.
- On a piece of paper, please include the following details: your name, your LomoHome username, your contact number, your email address, the camera, film, and setting you used.
- All film rolls must be with us on or before February 3rd, 2012 (Friday).
How to Send Us Your Films:
Singapore
- You may drop them at our Lomography Singapore Gallery Store,. We are open daily from 12:00 to 21:00.
- For questions, you may email shuyun.tay@lomography.com.
Philippines
- You may drop them at our headquarters in Manila at 55 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City. Our office hours is from 14:00 to 22:00, Philippine time.
- For those who live outside Metro Manila and who prefer to send their films via courier, please email erin.emocling@lomography.com.
