Junior Finance and Controlling Manager USA
Location: New York City, USA

Job description:
The Finance and Controlling Manager USA supervise and manage all financial, controlling and administrative tasks of the US region and introduce a system of greater transparency and organization to arrange for the constantly increasing complexity of the region.

Tasks:
• Preparation, evaluation and challenging of subsidiaries’ monthly P&L and MGMT reporting
• Analysis of actual figures / forecasts and comparison with budgets
• Manage the budget process in all the countries of the region
• Manage liquidity for the companies within the respective region
• Assisting in the preparation for the annual audit for all subsidiary markets
• Development and optimization of existing controlling instruments
• Streamlining of existing reporting structures and operational procedures
• Prepare in depth analysis of sales channel and product performance
• Improve, introduce and supervise accounting and indicator systems (ERP and POS systems)
• Manage bank and insurance affairs
• Work on special projects and analysis

Requirements:
• Bachelor in Business Management
• Or Associate Degree in Accounting and Business Admin with at least 3-4 years experience in this field
• Very good knowledge of MS office (especially Excel)
• Good knowledge of accounting and ERP software is highly appreciated
• Well organized, detail oriented and efficient individual
• Proactive and independent working style, open minded personality
• Ability to establish positive and effective working relationships with customers, sales staff, peers, and management
• English written and spoken fluently- additional languages are a plus
