Late summer weekends are a time for browsing, window shopping and generally taking things in your stride. Last Sunday a group of us did just that at Portobello Market but with the added bonus of shooting the whole day with the wonderful Sprocket Rocket.
We all ditched the frames and went into full sprocket mode. In true British style it rained and rained and actually managed to rain some more. A few splats of water didn’t dampen our spirits though as we captured some old antique stalls, a great little shop full of street signs and some rather colourful graffiti.
Once the rain cleared there was literally nothing stopping us. We paraded around the market shooting anything and everything that stood in our way and soaking up the culture in true panoramic glory. By the end of the evening we were scrambling around in the bottom of our bags to find just one more film to shoot with and had become masters at the art of loading the camera with our umbrellas up which, if you’ve ever tried, is quite a challenge!
Join us for more exciting workshops and walk (plus awesome parties!) in September
