We’ve teamed up with the musical goddess, Tori Amos, to bring you an inspirational analogue competition – featuring exclusives prizes including a Limited Edition TORI Diana F+ camera that you can’t even pick up in the Lomography Online Shop. This massive competition that leads directly into the ‘Night of Hunters’ album and global tour is not to be missed and will bring a smile to any music loving lomographers face!
With Tori Amos preparing to tour all over the world, and Lomographers being just as global, we want you to get inspired by ten of the cities she is about to play in: New York, London, Philadelphia, Berlin, Los Angeles, Paris, Rome, Moscow, Chicago and Amsterdam!
No matter where in the world you are, a little bit of each of these locations can be found! Get inspired by the characteristics of these cities and submit your images to our global competition with some pretty amazing prizes!
Not only will all of the winners take home one of 100 exclusive TORI Limited Edition Diana F+ cameras but the 10 Grand Prize Winners images (handpicked by Tori Amos, of course!) will be featured in her upcoming ‘Night of Hunters’ Tour Program (with a little thank you to the photographers as well). But that’s not all! The grand prize winners will each receive a signed copy of the Tour program, a ‘Night of Hunters’ CD, an official tour shirt and their images will be featured on www.toriamos.com the day that her tour stops into the winning city!

I was a Tori fanatic in the 90s and early 00s… She looks so weird now! Too many operations??? She looks like a weird photoshopped barbie!!! Ugh… I just can't take her seriously anymore… This album cover looks so bad it's embarrassing!! It's a shame, I miss Tori.

She does look a little odd, but she is still one of the most talented voices and pianists performing today. Seeing her tour on Sinful Attraction blew my mind. She still has it live, even if some of the latter albums are a little patchy. In her defence there are some awesome songs even amongst the filler.

Aw, there's my camera! Nice competition, I can confirm that the camera set is fantastic. Got this as a Christmas gift - also my introduction to lomography. It comes with a previously unreleased live CD, and the camera comes with the 55mm wide-angle and close up lens set (customized to the camera), so as long as this is the same package being sold through her site, it's excellent.
Am I a bad Tori fan if I admit I haven't really listened to the album, but I use the camera almost every day? LOL.
Haven't seen her live since she did that little club tour before releasing 'From the Choirgirl Hotel'. Might have to go when she's in Toronto in December.

Can anyone clarify what "not digitally enhanced" means? I mean, when you scan a neg or a print, there will be some automatic enhancing... is it just not doing any photoshopping they mean? Also, does it matter whether it is from a neg or a print?

@norweegie - Digitally enhanced means no photoshopping or manipulation of the digital photo itself. Scanning negatives is fine, however Lomography would prefer a scan straight from the negative, not a print. Thanks!

Hello everyone I am brand new here and I just joined Lomo! I just ordered a Diana mini so I can enter this contest. Are 35mm photos eligible or does it have to be 120? Also, I am not sure what it means scan from a negative... when I get my camera I think I will need to have the film developed and scan from a print. Is there a great difference in quality of an image being scanned from a negative vs. being scanned from a print? Sorry for the newbie questions. I am excited this contest has brought me into the world of lomography!

Hi @inkybrown! Welcome to the community! All film photos are eligible! You can have your film scanned by the place that develops your film, so you don't even have to worry about it. Don't worry about the questions, we're more than happy to answer!

To submit a photo to a rumble, take a look at the scroll-through bar of all your photos at the bottom of the competition page – Select the photo you want to enter and then click on the blue ‘submit’ button which will appear by it.

Well I must be crazy, because I bought a Diana Mini and have spent the last 3 days, all day, photographing for this contest. About 7 hours each day setting up and photographing, and about 4 hours each day scanning negatives. Six rolls of film in 2 days! wish me luck (photos are not up yet but will be tonight I hope) :)

About the no digital enhancement... is it allowed to crop my images? Most of them are on square format but I want to use some older ones on regular 35mm, that have things in the shot I don't want to be part of the photo. So is it OK to only crop the picture?

@inky - the requirement is more about manipulation. but we love photos as they are, even if you think they might need an edge cut out!

It has to be announced soon! The tour begins in 18 days and the winning photos are supposedly being printed in the tour program.

I think it would take a minimum of 2 weeks for the programs to be printed and ready... meaning she has probably already chosen them, but they have not announced them yet I guess?
