For Elle Decoration’s annual event, Inside Design, two artists from different studios collectively tried their hands at tranditional home décor.
Monique from Studio MHL and Frank from IJM Studio joined forces to make the loveliest garlands. Normally made of real flowers and leaves, the two’s garlands are crafted out of just-as-delicate paper. They folded each crease and cut each curve by hand.

The paper decorations were strewn across the walls of the designers’ designated space at the Lloyd Hotel in Amsterdam. Visit the Inside Design website for more information. The Dutch have got a lot up their interior design sleeves.
