Developments in Film Development

In a time when film processing centers are closing down, and the few that remain are arguably generic, finding a go-to for your developing needs could be quite a task. But search no more, for a few have heard our cries.

In case you missed the announcement, our very own LomoLabs are now operating in our Gallery Stores in New York and London. We would be happy to process films from both your Lomography and other analogue cameras.

Specifically, here are our offerings: 35mm, 120mm, black and white, color, and Spinner 360 processing, and on-site scanning.

Far from our current locations? Don’t worry for we have a mind to expand. In the mean time, you can avail of our mail-in service.

In related news, another photo lab, Photosmith, has taken to the Web. With the help of a domain (120processing.com), their services are now available to everyone who wishes to have their 120 films expertly developed.

Now isn’t this the kind of news we like waking up to? For more good news, read this press release on the slow but sure resurgence of analogue photography.

But wait, there’s more! Check out the More tab on our Lomography homepage. City Guides can’t complain about being lonely anymore. We’ve added a PhotoLabs page where we keep a list of recommended film processing centers. You’re welcome!
