Lomography UK is currently running two shops, a lab, the online community for the UK and wholesale’s for the UK.

We are looking for a Junior Accountant & Office Assistant

Job Description:

Accounting tasks
• General bookkeeping and handling full set of accounts (GL/AR/AP)
• Monitor vendor and customer accounts. Apply Accounts Receivable payments received
• Accounts reconciliations & statements
• Prepare monthly closing and coordinate with CPA
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports (Cash flow, budgeting, etc.) for International HQ´s on time
• Handling payment and receipt

HR tasks
• Administrative support of recruiting process
• Prepare and pay wages
• Prepare contracts for employees
• Coordination with employment law consultant regarding the Monitoring and taking care of Health and safety issues at our premises

Requirements:
• Bachelor in Business Administration or appropriate work experience
• Experience in accounting and double entry bookkeeping
• Knowledge in Netsuite accounting system highly appreciated.
• Very good knowledge of MS office (especially Excel)
• Well organized, detail oriented and efficient individual
• Good communication skills
• Proactive and independent working style, open minded personality
• Ability to establish positive and effective working relationships with customers, sales staff, peers, and

management
• English written and spoken fluently. Additional languages are a plus
