You are always asking us to come to your town, so we are! The first stop for the LomoRoadshow will be Brighton, and we need your help to plan it!
Genuine Brighton boots by Dazb
Here in London we run tons of Lomography workshops – from camera speed dating to trips on a routemaster bus, and they are always fully booked. However, we know we have lots of brilliant and active Lomographers across the country, and we want to get you involved!
In 2011 we will be holding the LomoRoadshow, a tour of your towns – we’ll bring you workshops, cameras, some special goodies, and our Lomographic expertise. You asked for us to come to you, and here we come!
So Brighton peeps, we’re coming to your manor on Saturday 16th April. What shall we do? Where shall we go? The workshop will be three hours, and will work like this…
1. We will give a presentation in a venue – could be an arts centre, could be a college or university, could be a pub!
2. we will take a Lomowalk through the streets and shoot as we go
3. we will do some kind of activity together – maybe minigolf? maybe go to a drag show? you decide!
So, in the comments below, please give suggestions. Do you go to college there? Could you help swing us a room? Or did you go to an awesome place that would be great to photograph? What are your favourite things to do under a tenner?
Once we have the plan all firmed up tickets will go on sale – your ticket will include lend-a-camera, film, and all of the activities. Just tell us what you want to do!

I was there two years ago, it's a magic place, great for a lomo venue!!! My suggestion is, talk to the town hall so they let you take photographs of the inside of the Royal pavilion... it's an amazing place but photography isn't allowed... maybe you could persuade them to let a group of lomographers with their cameras (without flash)...
