3 Film Effects You Can Achieve At Home

#1 Do the Dish Washer

To achieve this effect Dr. Lab used a roll of Kodak Ektachrome E 200 35mm. Dr. Lab recommends x-pro film when attempting any of these film techniques because the popping colors achieved by cross processing are what really accentuate the great effects.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 Roll Kodak Ektachrome E 200 35mm
  • 1 Dishwasher Cycle with Detergent (normal)
  • 1 Dark Room (try your bathroom)
  • 1 Hair-Dryer

I'm digging the #2 Bleach & Shout – ’50s Effect. But I seriously doubt my pictures will turn out that cool.

okay...... you really HAVE TO DRY the films out of the cannister... i tried drying them on the heating and the drying itself worked, but now the film sticks together.... :(((((( will now try to wetten and heat them up to dry them afterwards... no idea what will happen with them....
