Professionally Toying Around

Some people might not take Lomography and our quirky little plastic cameras seriously, but Times staffer Genaro Molina will prove any naysayer wrong with his incredibly amazing and simply breathtaking analogue portraits!

Just because a camera doesn’t cost over 2,000 dollars doesn’t mean it can’t take awesome photos. Sometimes all you need is something both fantastic and plastic and you’re good to go! Case in point are the hauntingly beautiful celebrity portraits of Genaro Molina of the Times. Shooting everyone from Jamie Foxx, Steven Spielberg, and anyone else you can imagine. Massive light leaks, multiple exposures and super saturated images from all manners of plastic cameras have graced the Times’ columns. Truly, Molina is living the Lomographic dream!
