After the recent earthquake that shook Chile on February 27, Chris Leskovsek (aka nadameanschris) decided to take action by raising awareness through his photographs. Now, the 8,8 Pieces Project is published into a book, and is available for purchase - all proceeds go to the Red Cross.

After spending some time with a friend, Chris Leskovsek (aka nadameanschris) was about to go to sleep, when his bed shook more than 30 minutes later. He dismissed it as one of the small quakes that usually occur in Chile, only to find out the next day, that half of the country had already collapsed.
Grabbing his ’84 Lomo LC-A, he documented the scars left behind by the devastating earthquake that hit Chile. The 8,8 Pieces Project sought to raise awareness, and will continue to do so, with the publication of this book.
The book is available in two versions:
- Softcover version with 32 pages standard matte photo paper #80.
- Hardcover version with 32 pages includes high quality dust jacket with different artwork and premium matte finish photo paper #135.
Photos were taken entirely with the Lomo LC-A camera. Available at Blurb.com, and all proceeds will go to the Red Cross.
