LomoAmigo Bryn Chainey wins Berlin Today Award!

Our "soon to be" LomoAmigo Bryn Chainey, busy Lomograph and member of staff in the Lomography Gallery Store Berlin, has won the "Berlin Today Award" at the 60th Berlinale Film Festival on February 14th. Yeah!

Bryn – the Australian “Berliner” at the Lomography Gallery Store.

We don’t wait for celebrities to enter the store. We have one celebrity already among us: Bryn Chainey, Lomograph/director is probably the most creative Australian young director. That’s why the Jury of the 60th Berlinale was crazy for him and awarded him on February 14th with the Berlin Today Award for his first big short film on the large screen: “Jonah and the Vicarious Nature of Homesickness”.

We unroll the red carpet now, buy a classic directors chair and a huge bottle of champagne! The Lomography Gallery Store is celebrating Bryn’s award these days. And soon you will also see Bryn’s lomographs because right before the Berlinale he went to Australia. There his Lomo LC-A experienced the real Australian summer.
