With our new shop and all things have been pretty wild here on the Lomography front. It became so wild that riht after unveiling our new online shop, our ringmaster who rounds up the Piggies went missing! Thankfully though, we found him just around the corner taking a breather from all the hubbub. However, during all this some Piggies got lost along the way and even some expired! What can we do about this? For the users whose Piggies expired but are still missing some to be awarded will have the Piggies extended by 30 days.
Now, you could see the Piggies you’ve earned with the reason, expiry date and other important details – this way we could also verify easier if we’ve given Piggies correctly! You could check this out in your Store Account settings.
We really do apologize about the inconvenience this has caused. We are currently processing all the backlogs in our Piggy inventory, so please give us a week from today before following up on Piggy related matters.
