We are happy to announce that the Piggies are back! Read on to see where you will be able to see how many you got, when they expire and how you can earn some new ones!
Ever since the relaunch of the site we have been asked questions about what has become of most Lomographers’ best friend, the Piggies. While you were able to see how many you had in our Shop this was not the most user friendly interface we agree. that’s why we have now rolled out a new system for checking your account.
At Lomography.com some of the most important things can now be found in the top right corner. A link to your home, to your lab and to log out, and now, a link to your personal savings account with Lomography! At the top you will only be able to see how many Piggies you have, but if you click on your little bank you come to your settings, complete with your Piggies’ expiration date and ways to earn more!

On the settings and piggy meter page it says
"Sometimes you can earn them in other ways too! " This sounds pretty omnious
Does this allude to LSI's secret sideline in organ harvesting. I'm not here to judge, in fact I do have a spleen that I am not using right now...

finally! It was no good idea to make the pigs visible in the shop. I have no idea how long my piggies are valid and how much there are. but now.....!!!! Great

Would love an email address on the piggy page to use in case of piggy problems. It would also be really nice to have more details on the page, such as when did I get these piggies and why. That way I might be able to eliminate my annoying piggy spreadsheet.

Oh, on the page it says you get piggies when your article is published in Tipster, is that new? It used to be that you only got piggies for Tipster of the week...
