Lomography at Photokina 2008

Lomography kicked off with the theme ‘The Future is Analogue’ in one of the biggest biennial photo events, the Photokina 2008. A record-holding gigantic LomoWall plastered over the venue enthralled Lomographers and photo enthusiasts alike, amongst other analogue-oriented events.

This year’s Lomography Carnival in Portugal had a slew of magnificent Lomographic challenges – which extended in the Lomo embassies in Porto, Lisbon, Ovar and the carnival party at the Architecture University in Porto.

Diana World Tour in Tokyo:

In November, the Diana world tour visited Tokyo and overwhelmed our shutter-happy Japanese Lomographers with the unveiling of the Diana ‘Dietrich’ collection – with over 350 party guests during the launch, and a special Tokyo-themed Diana+ lomomission.
