Drudolph the last runner up to the Lubitel Lovers rumble explains why using a Lubitel is really not that hard. "It is called “amateur” for a reason."

1. How long have you been a Lomographer? How did you get into it?

I have been a Lomographer for about a year now. I got into lomography when I found a Diana+ on a website. I bought it and immediately went to lomography.com to find what else there was out there. That sparked an immediate love for photography in me and thanks to you guys, now I am a photographer professionally and I use my Lubitel to shoot a lot of my portrait shots. I love analogue photography so much that I have gotten several of my friends to join the Lomography uprising!

2. What do you most love about the Lubitel?

The beautiful twin lens! The colors and saturation that you can capture with this camera are incredible.

3. Describe the Lubitel in five words.

Romantic, Angelic, Retro, Reliable, Beautiful

4. The strangest, funniest, or hands-down greatest photographic/Lomographic encounter that you have ever had.

Hasn’t happened yet.
