The Saint Petersburg Botanical Garden, is the oldest botanical garden in Russia, consisting of outdoor and rich indoor collections, which is situated on Aptekarsky Island in Saint Petersburg and belongs to the Komarov Botanical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Griboyedov Canal was constructed in 1739. Its consist of 21 bridges that across the canal.

I had a wonderful vacation this summer to St. Petersburg, Russia. I would recommend it to everyone, a city full of art, culture, and photography.

My second all-time favorite place is definitely The Hermitage Museum. I worked there for three years and had the opportunity to have regular breaks for traveling. But this place will always remain close to my heart! It's big, simply gorgeous, and very diverse!

The Big Obukhovsky Bridge is the newest bridge across the Neva River in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Its interesting design makes it very distinct and an interesting subject for my new batch of lomographs.

Not far away from my house, on Tchaikovskogo street near Fotanka river, just accross the bridge from Summer garden, is a hidden yard where a small academy of arts for children is based, everything is covered with mosaics there. Everything! Children`s playground, house walls, benches, etc....

My favorite locations of all times are SOUL FUNK PARTIES by DJ CHAK. They take place regularly once a month in the oldest and busiest clubs of the city - GRIBOEDOV club. It is found inside a bomb-shelter which was built during the Cold War back in the 1950s.
