A stretch of beach where I grew up and a place that I still visit, this time with my family. Some of my best shots and series have been made on this beach! It can be busting with atmosphere!

All in all it is a great place to ride and shoot. And now I know that it doesn’t matter that I can’t ride, because I know I’d rather shoot than ride, especially at this park.

On the way, we passed: other people out for a stroll, a field of cows, and much much more.

The much-missed Haughley auction house and it's junk yard.

Whitstable is a hidden seaside gem of Kent, a county also called "England's gardens". Whitstable is my discovery of the year. It only 1 hour drive away from London (well, apart from some weekends when Blackwall tunnel is closed), or an hour and a half by train from Victoria station (£24 for any time day return ticket).

Fancy dress costumes are wicked enough in themselves but what if you combine them with your Lomo skills? Costume+ Lomo = sick photos. This selection of snaps are from a zombie-themed party, note the blood, fangs and ghostly characters.

Do you lack lomo-inspiration? Are you fed up with photographing the same streets, the same people? Are you feeling a bit short of cash? How about a lomolocation that offers rolling countryside, beautiful people, fast moving speedsters AND the chance to make a few quid? If so, it's time to hit the racecourse...(OK, OK, I admit it, you might well lose a few quid...but think of the fun you'll have)

For oyster lovers as well as nature enthusiasts, the only way to go is Essex! Mersea Island is the most easterly inhabited island in the UK. It is in Essex county, only 65 miles away from London, so perfect for a city break even just for 1 day.

On the 9th of November, I went to see the Chilis at the 02 Arena.

Situated on the North Norfolk coast, Wells is a beautiful coastal town with an amazing beach, a beautiful quay and is home to everything people love about the English Seaside - amusement arcades, hungry seagulls, fish 'n chips, ice cream and cockles.

The old sea side town of Margate has lots to offer to Lomographers from the quirky old town, a miserable high street, and various empty shops and buildings. It's quite spooky but also equally interesting especially if you're on the lookout for a unique Lomo location.

UCS (University Campus Suffolk) is one of the UK's newest Universities. Only 1 year old, it has been a popular university for local and non-local students alike. Its contemporary architecture and its marina views make this a prime location for Ipswich Lomographers.

I've been going to Cromer ever since I was a little girl, so it was the perfect place to use my first roll of film in my Diana Mini. Cromer is a beautiful coastal town in Norfolk, famous for its Victorian pier and of course, its Cromer crabs!
