In the center of Antwerp, one of Belgium's major cities, there is a hidden Lomo treasure. It is an eighty year old pedestrian tunnel under the river and it is called the Sint-Anna Pedestrian Tunnel. You are not only walking 100 feet below the river, you are walking back in time

Doel is a small village in Belgium, on the border of the river Scheldt. It is an old village, with a rich history. Crumbling under the pressure of their ever-expanding neighbour, Antwerp Harbour, it is now heading towards a devastating end. But for as long as it is still there, it will be my favorite place for a lomowalk.

I love analogue and I love history. So what better way to pass the first sunny days of the year than to take my cameras for a photowalk trough the historic centre of Antwerp.
-
All winter long, I eagerly await the first sunny days of the year to hop on my bike and go for a ride. But besides a single week of decent weather early March, it has been a very sad, cold and unpleasant spring. Until yesterday! Sun came out early, temperature went up, so I filled my tires with fresh air and headed out! Let me take you on a tour through the countryside surrounding my hometown.

If there is one place in my village that could serve as the backdrop to a movie, it would have to be the medieval moated Castle of Cortewalle. Even though there are no actual knights living there anymore, there very well could be... If this were Hollywood that is!

Since last school year I've been living in the beautiful student city called Ghent. Living here as a local has learned me to appreciate the beautiful authentic village that is bursting with life.

I caught up with a group funfair travelers as they hosted their fair in the small city of Ghent, Belgium. I was fortunate enough to be accepted onto their camping site as a photographer and was granted all the permissions I needed in order to document their way of life. This is an ongoing project.

A warehouse FULL of antique goods a place to remember in the small city of Antwerp!

A few weeks ago I went to Brussels, Belgium for a weekend. Besides Manneken Piss, which was really disappointing because it´s around 30 cm high, another Must see is the Atomium, located close to the Heysel Park.

Antwerpen, a beautiful city in the north of Belgium. Its a good place for any reason.

Together with a small group of friends, I went to the abandoned amusement park 'Dadipark', which closed almost 10 years ago after a series of accidents in which a 9-year-old boy lost his arm. Although more and more people find their way to this park as it is an open secret, it is still quite intact. It was freaky and fascinating. And definitely worth a visit.

Beautiful park in the heart of Brussels, where you can go for read a book, take a walk or why not drink a few beers.

If you ever go to Lille, in the North of France, take a walk between the two train station : the old one (Lille Flandres) and the new one (Lille Europe) : the new district is wonderfull to take lomopics !

Capital from Belgium and Europe... Brussels is a beautiful city in which we will have lots of fun.

Representative fashion designer/ stylist of the cultural movement called la movida in Spain, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada introduces us to her very colourful universe in la Piscine, Museum of Roubaix in Northern France.

A little lake in one of the most beautiful city of Belgium. Spa is also called water city because there's a lot of water sources. Take few minutes for coming in Belgium with your screen...

From vignette to vignette around the capital. The Brussels comic circuit originated in 1991 with the purpose of brightening up some of its more deteriorated buildings.

Oh wow! This must be about my favorite place to take photos in Brussels - and I have actually never been inside! (too scared to get disappointed, I guess...). Let's start with some history: the atomium was built for the World's Fair held in Brussels in 1958. The 103 meter tall structure (which represents a unit cell of an iron crystal, in case you were wondering) was planned by André Waterkeyn and it was supposed to stand only for 6 months. That's why the building was in quite a sorry condition for years and had to undergo heavy renovation works a couple of years ago. Now its nine steel spheres are sound and shiny again, craving for photographs! It is also worth visiting after sunset, when the spheres are illuminated. Day or night, go there if you happen to be in Brussels...you will make some beautiful pics!

Brussels isn’t simply the capital of Belgium; it’s also a city, full of history, culture, art and chocolate!

My name is Kim and I've been living in Liège for a long time now. I don't want to worry about how many people are living in Liège or how many square meters Liège is. Liège is a nice city in Belgium and is a part of the Wallonia region (there is also a Flemish region and a German one! wonderful for one of the 3 smallest countries of the whole Universe!). Despite of the fact that it is a small city in a small country, Liège is always moving very fast! We love evolution, art and culture. I have several places where I love to go.
