This is a market in Udine, Italy. It takes place every week on Monday. It was the first time I went there and wow, I found lots of people and lots of objects to be shot from the hip. Voices everywhere, Chinese everywhere with their "out of market" prices. I found a beggar seated down on the ground and I gave him 20 cents then I took a shot of him. This is a type of life I like to shoot with my Lomo, the simple life of simple people rushing between the stands.

You don't believe it until you see it. Sure, every child knows that Venezia is City of Water. But you have to see, feel, smell and touch it. Otherwise it is incomprehensible. But to do that you will have to take a water-ferry from the outside, like thousands of workers and even more thousand tourists. They all have to leave their motorized vehicles outside and take the water cab.

It is the center of the city, the city of water: Piazza San Marco in Venezia. I am not easily blown away, but Venezia has got the something that makes refrain and thinks: ' it is awesome to be here at the moment!`. Besides the whole water-thing this very spot is outstanding.

Do you think that climbing in such places you are not supposed to be is fun and overly exciting? I do. Slipping or squeezing myself into some abandoned building has been my long time passion, as well as climbing on trees, which not the best activity for a decent girl.

I know its ultra touristy but a trip to Venice isn't complete without a gondola ride. There are millions of things to shoot along the way and you definitely get a different perspective of Venice actually being on the water.

Okay, okay, so many people call pigeons "rats with wings". They're everywhere, invading our planet by the hoards. They nip at anything edible, poop on your head if you're not careful and basically make a mess. However annoying they are, we all have to admit that they're one of the best lomographic animals around. If you want to mix the photogenic ability of these birds with a stunning backdrop, than there is no better place to go than to Europe's grandest drawing room...the Piazza San Marco in Venice! There are literally hundreds of pigeons constantly fluttering about giving you numerous chances to snap them up with your lens.

Während der letzten zwei Wochen im Feburar habe ich mit zwei Freunden eine Reise durch Venedig, Rom und Amsterdam gemacht.
