Avondale, South Africa's only organic vineyard. "Terra Est Vita" is Avondale's slogan, which means "Soil is Life". As a big fan of organic and bio dynamic wines, I couldn't resist visiting South Africa's only organic wine producer.

Dolphin Beach, the most unforgettable sunset in the entire world! There are many places for watching sunset in Cape Town: ever popular Camps Bay where you can watch the sun set while sipping Mojito, as well as enjoying champaign alfresco on the top of the Lion's Head mountain if you are into hiking. But arguably the most incredible of all is the sunset seen from the place called Dolphin Beach.

Cascade Country Manors, a luxurious lomographic gateway in Western Cape. The reason we went to stay at Cascade Manor was because my friends wanted to visit Nabygelegen Vineyards because it was one of the few places producing the Pinot Noir they were so found of.

A Cascade Country Manors podemos denominarlo como una escapada lomográfica de lujo en el Cabo Oeste (Western Cape). Si acabamos allí, no fue sino porque mis amigos querían visitar los viñedos de Nabygelegen, ya que es uno de los poco lugares que encontraron en el que se produce el Pinot Noir.

Avondale, el único viñedo ecológico de Sudáfrica.
"Terra Est Vita" es el lema de Avondale, que significa algo así como que "el suelo es la vida" (que no es lo mismo que “la vida anda por los suelos” …). Como gran admiradora de los vinos ecológicos y “bio”, no podía resistirme a visitar al único productor de estos caldos en Sudáfrica.
