Tell us about yourself. What do you do for a living? What are your interests?

At present, I work in retail. My interests include photography and painting, as well as many other artistic pursuits. I also love books and girls, and girls that love books.

He’s pretty awesome with film photography, too!

Describe the LomoKino in five words.

Click click click click yeah!

How did you like shooting with the LomoKino?

I think it is a great little movie maker. I wish it had a few more controls, but it is fun to work with.

Everyday (Kino 1)

What or who has inspired you to purchase and use the LomoKino?

I bought mine not long after it first came out. I enjoy film photography and filmmaking. You could say that the camera itself inspired the purchase.

Any funny or strange encounters you’ve had with it?

None particularly, unfortunately.

Walkies

If you could shoot any person alive or dead (or imaginary) with your LomoKino, who would it be and why?

I would have loved to work with Bruce Lee in any capacity. He was such an amazing individual, and I am certain it would have changed my life.

Kindly share to us any LomoKino movie you love the most.

Of my own, I would have to say Sirens of Titan. It was something I worked hard on and I am pretty pleased with the result. I enjoyed the result of my movie K.I.T. as well. Doing the foley art for that movie was a lot of fun.

A great LomoKino film from Mok, Sirens of Titan.

Otherwise, I have gotten the most joy out of arnaudmartin movies. They tell good stories and they are superbly lit, and both are essential fundamentals for a good film.

Any future plans with your LomoKino? More shoots or a full-length film perhaps?

There will be more movies in the future. I have a few ideas that are in the experimental vein. As for a full-length, I wouldn’t rule it outside the realm of possibility.

Your advice to future LomoKino users.

Tell a story with your movies. Home movies are a little dull.

A three-minuter entitled K.I.T.
