Attention all adrenaline junkies and lovers of fun and excitement! If you ever head to the land down under, you MUST go to Dreamworld located in the beautiful Gold Coast!

Opened to the public on 15th December 1981, this amazing theme park, which spans over 30 hectares, has now developed into Australia’s much-loved amusement attraction that is home to The Big 8 Thrill Rides.
I’m an adrenaline junkie, and roller coasters has always been something that I enjoy immensely. There is nothing quite like being tossed upside down while spinning round and round in high speeds (in a controlled and safe manner, of course).
The Claw is my favourite ride in Dreamworld. You get to travel approximately 9 storeys into the air while spinning 360 degrees and swinging at up to 64km/hr!

A huge tip! If you go during school holidays, make sure you rent their Q4U device that helps you to queue virtually and allows you to make ride reservation (one ride at a time). This means you can go to the bathroom, watch a show or grab a bite to eat while the device holds the spot for you! We did this when my friend and I went, and it saved us a lot of time!

The park is not just for thrill-seeking adults, kids can also enjoy the family and children rides which are slightly less adventurous but fun nonetheless. And if that’s not your thing, Dreamworld is home to a conservation-focused wildlife park that house more than 800 native Australian animals.
So next time you’re planning a trip down under, make sure you include Dreamworld into your itinerary!
