Kuta Beach is a very famous and popular beach destination in Bali, Indonesia. It is only a few minutes walk from the center of Kuta. Kuta Beach attracts thousands of visitors every year with its unique charm.
I was in Bali for a holiday. I went to Kuta Beach for a walk after my visit to Waterbom Bali on the second day of my trip. I wanted to watch the sunset. Before the sunset, many people – not just international tourists, but domestic visitors as well, would head to the beach, find a good spot, and wait for the sun to set. Many locals took the opportunity to sell things and services such as manicures, pedicures, massages, clothes, food, and beverage.
I sat down on the sand after the walk and waited patiently for the sunset. The sea breeze was cooling and the sound of the waves was comforting. I felt calm and relaxed. When the sun finally started to set, I held my breath and kept my eyes open. The weather that day was good, so I was able to watch the beautiful sunset. I was amazed by the spectacular view in front of me.
On the fifth day, which was the last day of my trip, I went to Kuta Beach again for the sunset. This time around the weather wasn’t good and the sky looked gloomy. Although I was unable to see the egg yolk kind of sun like the one on the second day, the sunset was still amazing. I love the changes and colors of the sky.
I think the sunset is an amazing phenomena and is definitely worth watching.
