Rekindle Your Youth at Treasure Island Adventure Golf

Every now and then, we all need to let our hair loose and indulge in our youthful side. One of my favorite ways to put all my worries behind is to play miniature golf at Treasure Island Adventure Golf.

Taken with a Diana Mini – Half Frame

The Treasure Island Adventure Golf is located minutes away from the Auckland International Airport, and was built in 2001 by The Original Adventure Golf Company. This pirate-themed miniature golf course is beautifully landscaped where players have the opportunity to putt pass cascading waterfalls, shark infested waters, over pirate ships, and through haunted treasure caves.

The course is outdoors so it makes for great photo opportunities when the sun is shining bright. In the middle of the course, there is a small man-made pond where every ten minutes or so, a "cannon ball’ launches in and makes a loud bang! The accessible pirate ship makes a nice background and is a great prop for some hilarious pirate role playing photos!

The Treasure Island Adventure Golf is open seven days a week and ’til late during summer hours. Having fun at mini golf should not be limited to kids or families with young children – so rekindle your youth and start playing some mini golf. :D

The Diana Mini is the ultra-compact, petite version of the Diana F+. This camera takes soft-focused, lo-fi images in 35mm and allows you to change between half-format and square shots with a flick of a switch. Get your own Diana Mini now!

Looks like a good time. I wish there was one in my neighborhood like that.
