Faithful Shwedagon Pagoda

Truthfully by faith. Shwedagon Pagoda (also known as the Great Dagon Pagoda and the Golden Pagoda) is located in Yangon, Burma. It's a sacred place where faithful Burmese go.

I had a chance to visit this holy place and I traveled there in high spirits. Burma is still the real Buddhist country. Everyone realized this because Shwedagon Pagoda has always been packed with Buddhists from both Burma and many countries around the world. From sunrise ’til sunset; they come here with heart and spirits that is full of belief and faith in this golden place.

Every evening, different generations of Burmese gather to help clean the surrounding area. This is a very impressive tradition.

Beauty, greatness, and faithfulness are the motivations why Buddhists across the world keep coming to visit Shwedagon Pagoda at least once in their lifetime.
