Ambasciatori is an awesome bookshop where you could read and buy books as well as enjoy a great meal with only slow-food products everyday.

Near Piazza Maggiore in Bologna city center there was a old-church that became a cinema at first, then a porno cinema (!), and now is an awesome bookshop with an amazing restaurant called Eataly with health foods and drinks (slow-food marked).
Insegna
The bookshop takes up most of the space that is shared with the café at the ground floor, with the restaurant at the first floor and with the “osteria” at the second floor. The rear of the building is a unique volume that show the old part of the church kept intact.
Amasciatori Bookshop is a great child-friendly space with a lot of books and toys for children. At the second floor there is a nice children’s area where it’s possible to play together.
Matteo in libreria
Foods and drinks are great and guaranteed by the slow-food mark that certify the high quality and the peculiar and traditional processing and cooking. In this place, food is a big part of the culture.
What else can I say? This place is my second home, I love it!
