A Day Trip to Sepang Gold Coast with Diana Mini

Spending a day at Sepang Gold Coast, Selangor, Malaysia, with the Diana Mini that I have just bought recently. It was not only my first time trying out this delicate little princess but also the first time using Lomography X Tungsten Film. It was just a perfect day with perfect companions at this lovely place.

Just recently my love and I had a getaway to Sepang Gold Coast, Malaysia. Even though it was just a short day trip, it was perfect enough for a break from routine life. Sepang Gold Coast has been declared as the longest coastal paradise in Asia. It was one of the nearest beaches to Kuala Lumpur, which is only around 70 minutes driving distance. It’s even closer to the airport, which is only around a 20-minute drive from KLIA.

I had been to this place quite a few times but mainly for work, this was actually the first time I really got to slow down and appreciate the beauty of this place. What made this trip more interesting was that I got to use the Diana Mini which I just bought recently and even better still, it was also my first time using Lomography X Tungsten film as well. I was just having too much fun snapping away, using half frames all the way seems like having no more limitations.

I wish I could tell you how much fun I had with the kids there in words, their smiles just move your heart. Asking them to say “cheese” might be an old-fashioned way to break the ice, but I think it somehow works almost every time. How can you not smile yourself after seeing lovely faces like these?

And more photos of the angels.

Perfect companions for a lovely day and I am Haappppyyyy!

The Diana Mini is the ultra-compact, petite version of the Diana F+. This camera takes soft-focused, lo-fi images in 35mm and allows you to change between half-format and square shots with a flick of a switch. Get your own Diana Mini now!
