NYC, The City That Never Sleeps

Time to dust the tripod off in New York City.

New York City, the city which never sleeps certainly likes to turn a light on after dark and this provides a real kaleidoscope of colors ready for us keen Lomographers to capture.

Some of my favorite spots to get night shots in the city include:

Times Square – All the lights from the billboards make this a unique place and you would barely even know it is dark with the light coming from these.

Hoboken – Provides a great view back to Midtown Manhattan for that classic skyline view.

West Village Streets – Setup your tripod to get some random shots of the traffic moving around the neighborhood.

July 4th Fireworks – It only comes round once a year but it’s a great experience to share with several million other people on the Westside Hwy.
