Yu Ai Seafood Noodle is marvelous! It is FULL of yummy seafood! Really worthy of the cost they charge! We did not regret going, for what we paid. Satisfied!
When you visit Yu Ai, you can either sit inside of the restaurant, which is on the ground floor without aircon, or upstairs with aircon. Apart from that, you can choose to sit outside of the restaurant, which is not really a good idea during a hot and humid day.
They’ve got three types of soup – Clear soup, Tom Yam, and Curry Laksa. On top of that, they also have Fish Head Noodle and Dry Noodle with a bowl of clear soup with seafood as ingredients. What they serve are noodles (or meehoon or kuey teow) with lots and lots of seafood. There are prawns, fish, lala, sotong, and so on. The amount of seafood they put into each bowl of noodles is a lot, and you’ll probably be quite surprised during your first visit.
We were shocked when we looked at the prices initially. That was MYR15 each and MYR18 for big size! But still, I ordered the big one!:p I had Tom Yam, while my boyfriend had Curry Laksa.
They’ve got three types of chili sauces, namely the cili padi potong, their homemade red chili, and sambal. According to the lady boss, both red chili and sambal go very well with all their seafood noodles, even the Fish Head Noodle.
