The interesting and beautiful sights around our capital city, experienced with friends and a Holga 135BC.
Covent Garden on a sunny, Sunday lunchtime with an old friend added to the most enjoyable afternoon in a thankfully, rain-free London.
After visiting the Apple Store (which of course is mandatory), and using the free WiFi to check a few e-mails, we walked around the square and saw some big hands…
…some sunflowers (in a glass case of emotion)…
…took a walk along the Thames…
…ate oysters at Wright Brothers, just off Borough Market…
…played with the multi-exposure capabilities of the Holga 135…
…and finished up in Gordon’s Wine Bar, sharing a bottle of ‘red’ and a cheese board. (captured this using the bulb setting and simply counted 1-2-3):
All in all, an enjoyable day including coffee, alcohol, cheese, and a cracking little camera I borrowed from a friend (fletchinski84).
The Holga 135BC will veil your images in mystery. “BC” stands for “Black Corner”, as this camera creates a shadowy vignette in corners of your photos. See this mysterious beauty in our Shop!
