이후 곧 바로 최초 감리 교회의 선교사는 정동에 첫 교회를 건설 하였습니다. 현재 정동의 첫 교회는 여전히 붉은 벽돌의 외관이 정동 거리에 남아 랜드마크가 되어지고 있습니다. 또한 주변의 서울 시립 미술관의 공공 설치 미술작들은 그 가치가 높게 평가되어지고 있습니다.

자주 가진 못하지만 정동길은 저도 무척이나 좋아하는 곳입니다~ 어느계절이나 아름다운 길이지만~ 곧 노란 은행잎이 절정을 이룰때면 늘 생각나는 길 입니다~
