Park Guell: Perhaps the Trippiest Park in the World

Park Guell was designed by architectural genius Antoni Gaudi, and is quite frankly, trippy!

Park Güell sits at the top of a really big hill near the barrio of Gràcia in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It was designed by the Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí and built in the years 1900 to 1914. It is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, “Works of Antoni Gaudí”.

The park itself has many colourful, architectural features with amazing views of the city and the sea! It’s like visiting a park that was designed based on a dream! The park has various levels so make sure you spend a good amount of time walking around and discovering all the different parks (some that are easy to find, and others not so easy!). The park is also full of musicians, artists, and people who make gigantic bubbles.

Park Guell is on the ‘must see’ list of Barcelona, so if you ever get the chance to visit, make sure you do.
