This resort offers the largest themed swimming pool in the area that will cater to those young at heart and the kids. Every year, our company scouts for places where we can conduct our summer outing. I was happy we had it at Tanza Oasis Hotel and Resort. It only opened on March 2011. We are lucky we experienced it first. It’s just an a hour ride from Manila…a perfect city escape! It has a touch of nature with a modern feel!

The hotel has nice interiors with perfect lighting, modern furniture, and practices minimalism in art. They have spacious function rooms that we were able to use as a group. They even have connecting rooms for more bonding experience with others.

The food? It was affordable and delicious. The restaurant offers typical Filipino dishes. Our package includes buffet lunch and dinner with afternoon snacks. The ambiance of the restaurant was great. What made the dining experience better was the fast and reliable service of the staff. Their friendliness is very noticeable as they always greet and bow whenever they see you.

As you walk out of the hotel, you can already see the big pool with 3 exciting fast slides. In order for you to reach the top, you don’t have to go out of the pool instead, swim towards the secret opening inside the mountains and you can see the built-in stairs. It was actually more convenient. The other half of the pool is catered for children with a big cottage or “kubo” that serves as falls as well. It also has a mini slide for those brave little kids.

The beach is walking distance from the swimming pool area. They have cottages that also accommodate day tour guests. Cavite has gray sand beaches. Nonetheless, you can still enjoy the waves, rent a jetski or go kayaking. We stayed there until the sun set. It was breathtaking!
