East London Graffiti Walk Stop #9: Hanbury Street

A nice little street for shopping and dining in the presence of some amazing artwork!

On this small street, just off Brick Lane, you’ll find some Indian restaurants, a money transfer service, a letting agent, and some other shops. However, the most prominent feature of this street is the large bird on the side of the tallest building, courtesy of street artist ROA. Adjacent to this impressive piece, you’ll find some other equally impressive street art. Unfortunately, one of the other buildings is starting to crumble, which has inadvertently left a couple of painted figures without their heads! This is stop #9 our East London Graffiti Walk.
