Tate Modern

For art lovers out there, the famous Tate Modern is a very good art museum in London if you're partial to modern art. It's easily accessible and is definitely a can't-miss tourist attraction if you ever decide to drop by this city.

The Tate Modern was actually a power station before being renovated into a famous art museum. It forms part of the Tate Group. Admission here is free of charge with access to the general exhibition. Tate Modern houses contemporary art – including some art by popular artist And Wharhol. It is especially interesting to those who like some visual stimulation or is tired of fine art. It is certainly worth a visit. The Tate Modern is just next to the Millennium Bridge, so after visiting the Tate, have a walk along Southbank and the bridge for some sightseeing.
