La Vega is a farmer´s market that is located in the district of Recoleta, Santiago, what you can find here is a big variety of food and restaurants like fish, meat, octopus and Peruvian stuff.

There are different reasons for visiting this place, either for the explosion of many colors that blend into the variety of scents, looking for cheaper products or my reason, to know one of the city’s oldest meeting points and see how the people interact in the narrow corridors.
I recommend you to bring a film with 4ooISO minimum because it´s a little dark inside.
And don´t be afraid to go and explore every corner of this remarkable place!!
