If you've ever heard of a bridge in London, it can only be the Tower Bridge. One of the iconic symbols of London similar to Big Ben and the London Eye, the Tower Bridge is definitely something that you shouldn't miss if you're planning to swing by this city.
On my first trip to London I’ve seen a lot of touristy stuff and of course I’ve been to the Tower Bridge. The bridge is close to the Tower of London, which gives it its name. The Tower Bridge was officially opened in 1894 and is still a busy and vital crossing of the Thames up to this day. About 40,000 people (motorists, cyclists and pedestrians) cross this bridge every single day.
Our walk started at the London Eye, along the Thames. You should try it, I know it’s really touristy but there are so many great things to check out on the way and it is so worth it. After all, once you’re done doing all the touristy things that you can find in London, then you are ready for the other exciting things that the city has to offer next time around. :)
But be careful, don’t just believe what other people might tell you – the walk to the Tower Bridge is definitely more than 10 minutes! With a lot of other bridges that you need to cross before getting there, the walk dragged on longer than it should, that we thought we were going in the wrong direction but after a while, the well-known bridge finally leaped into view along with its majestic towers.
How to get there: try the nice walk along the Thames. Or by tube, the nearest London Underground station is Tower Hill on the Circle and District Lines.

I think you had to call it Thames walk or smth, so over people who want to write only about bridge could still have a chance!
but pictures are great!

it was planned as an aticle just for the bridge, but then I thought only the bridge would be too little so I added a little more...and now it's the whole walk ^^' I'm sorry....
