Laguna Beach California

Laguna Beach is a beautiful seaside town with rolling hills, rocky cliffs, and sandy beaches.. You can also see and buy works of art and surf to your hearts content and eat one of the best breakfest burritos in the United States.

Laguna Beach is just some fifty miles south of Los Angeles. I have visited this town many times over many years and the little town charm has stayed in tact. It seems the developers greedy little hands have not faired well in council meetings. This time of year is a great time to visit and go to some of the best art fairs in the country and buy art. There are three art shows running nearly all summer long. A juried show with the cream of the crop, Art-A-Fair , The Festival of Arts In Style Magazine rated this one of the top ten in the country, and the Sawdust Art Festival, where you can see and buy art created by Laguna Beach artists. If shopping for art isn’t your thing, there is plenty of beach to enjoy, picnics, swimming, surfing, and just nice walks. While visiting, start the morning out right at the Orange Inn, a vintage surf shack. The Orange Inn has a really great breakfast and the best breakfast burrito. The long time owner is friendly and has a vintage surf board collection hanging in the rafters of the restaurant, the food is terrific and just seconds from the beach.

Here in Laguna Beach there is seven miles of picturesque pacific coastline, and great surfing opportunities and endless lomography photography opportunities . Here is a rundown of all the surf action.

Also look at ,know before you go, this site was extremely helpful This town does not have a youth hostel so strapped budget travelers may want to make day trips from Los Angeles or other towns inland, but do not get too heartbroken you can find some pretty good hotel deals on the internet .
